» 國際行政學術會議資料暨通知

  1. 亞太行政院校聯合會2005年會(Annual Conference 2005, Network of Asia- Pacific School and Institutes of Public Administration and Governance, NAPSIPAG)已於2005年12月5～7日在北京國家行政學院舉行成立大會，並選舉五位指導委員，一共有一百六十二人參加。台灣出席人員有：彭錦鵬、廖坤榮、黃一峰、洪秀菊、張世賢等五位教授。
  2. 國際行政學校暨機構聯合會(International Association of Schools and Institutes of Administration, IASIA)，2006年年會將於2006年7月5～8日在波蘭華沙舉行，主題是“In search of the best: attracting, developing and retaining in public service”， 徵求論文宣讀，其細節請見：http://www.iiasiisa.be。
  3. 國際行政學會(International Institute of Administrative Sciences, IIAS)，2006年年會將於2006年7月16～20日在墨西哥Monterrey舉行，主題是“Transparency for Better Governance”，徵求論文宣讀，論文宣讀分四組：
    1. How to ensure access and openness in public governance?
    2. Do we need codes and/or laws for better administrative procedure and conduct by officials?
    3. What will best ensure a free but fair media?
    4. In what way can agencies for public accountability, as for example ombudsmen or state controllers, be strengthened and improved?
